Return, Refund & Special Order Policy

 

At Lummus Supply, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. Please review our Return, Refund, and Special-Order Policy below.

General Requirements

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • All stock material must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • All returned stock items must be in new, sellable condition.
  • Any damage to materials or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Special Orders

  • A 50% deposit is required for all special orders. non-stock, or custom items.
  • Customers must review and approve on all special-order specifications before the order is placed.
  • Special order items are not available for return or exchange, unless our supplier accepts returns. Restock fees may apply.
  • Manufactured millwork items (i.e., windows and doors) are final sale.

Stock Item Returns

  • Stock item returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or not in new, sellable condition are not eligible for credit.
  • Shortages or damage to delivered material must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Restock fees for stock items may be waived if the product is returned by the customer and is in sellable condition.
